Lilo Sourdough Creations is more than a cottage bakery—it’s the story of family, tradition, and the deep desire to nourish our community with real, wholesome food.

I was born in Brazil, with proud Italian roots, and grew up surrounded by the comforting rhythm of homemade cooking. Some of my most treasured memories are of my grandmother, who made pasta from scratch and baked with heart. As a child, I was always trying to recreate the flavors I tasted around her table—rich with love, warmth, and simplicity.

Today, through years of learning and long-fermenting, I’ve found my way back to those flavors. From our hand-cut sourdough pasta to our rustic artisan breads and naturally leavened baked goods, every item is made with the same care and intention my grandmother showed in her kitchen.
